AHH! I have been TOTALLY slacking on this whole blogging thing. I fail, feel free to slap me on the wrists! Truthfully I got really busy and didn't have time to update. Well you will be glad to hear that I have been to the gym for the last 5 days in a row! *dances*

-slaps hand- I know I have not entered an entry in a while, but I have been rather busy as of late. On the 23rd and the 24th I went on a mini vacation with the family. I did a lot of exercising on the vacation, walking along the beach, around downtown Milwaukee, swimming a whole bunch. I also did a lot of eating in restaurants, things such as chicken wings, and steak. I had subway as well the first day we were there.
The 25th and the 26th and the 27th I had easy days, only worked on the 25th, didn't really work out, even though I know I should have but I haven't been eating as much as usual.
The 27th I tried out a Slim Fast shake, to see how it tasted and it wasn't that bad, same for the Slim Fast snacks. I might be trying it out for a week just to see if it does anything.
Today was a long and HOT HOT HOT day. I worked in the morning, burnt myself making chocolate chip cookies, I think God is trying to tell me something haha, and was sweating up a storm. A good note however, was that two of the residents that sees me regularly in the summer but not in the school year, asked me if I was losing weight. SO, if others are noticing, guess that means I am doing alright! It is always better to receive confirmation that what you are doing is working, through other's eyes.
Today:
For Breakfast: I had an English Muffin with cream cheese.
For Lunch: I had a bit of pork fritter and some baked cream potatoes and a small slice of pizza. With a can of Coke because I had a terrible migraine.
For Dinner: I had a Mcdouble burger with 5 small fries.
For Snack: a small strawberry sundae.
For Late Snack: I had a strawberry yogurt.
Overall, I think today was an okay day, despite my migraine and sleeping when I got home, but TOMORROW, is a new day! I will work at this more! :

Today was an alright day. I did have a slight breakdown while speaking with my mom and sister. I only started to get upset because the way she said what she was saying, sounded like she was telling me to just give up right now because it is too hard and that we are built to be this way. She didn't understand when I got upset but I think I just took what she was saying in a negative way, though in my defense, everything sounds negative when I am PMSing...haha.
Today:
Meals:
For Lunch: I had three of the leftover chicken sandwiches from last night's dinner, with some BAKED! Doritos and a glass of milk.
For Snack: I had roughly four things of water and a homemade brown sugar, maple, almond chocolate granola bar. One of the glasses was a regular glass of water, then a glass of my cinnamon water and then an ICE sparkling water in Raspberry and lastly a bottled water.
For Dinner: I had a quarter of a steak sandwich with some fries and a side salad with balsalmic vinaigrette. For my drink I had water with lemon.
For Snack: I had another homemade granola bar, and half a serving of wasabi almonds.
Exercise:
This morning I did another pinterest exercise, ------------------------>
This exercise was good to start my morning with, and I may start all my mornings this way. Along with this routine I did some more squats and push ups and calf raises throughout the day.
Tomorrow, I am beginning a 21 day deficit of these following items:

Again, I missed a day of posting, I apologize. Yesterday was a good day, I worked in the morning, colds. I managed to finish work early, YES! I then went out to eat with the family and then had a relaxing time at the Swedish Days festival. Today, I worked at 4pm until 6:30 and not only did I do some workouts in the morning when I woke up, but I also did a workout before bed, which for me is a pretty successful day. I watched So You Think You Can Dance, and watching that show REALLY makes me want to lose weight. I used to be a dancer when I was younger and I absolutely LOVED it. I love dancing, and wish I was in shape to pick it up again. So You Think You Can Dance is going to be my inspiration, seeing everyone work for their goals, really makes me want to go for my goal as well.
Yesterday:

For Breakfast: I had four pieces of bacon and some yummy apple cinnamon water that I found on pinterest, (http://tonetiki.wordpress.com/2012/04/01/apple-cinnamon-day-spa-water-0-calories/) This water was really good, and SO easy to make. I am drinking it for this next week to see if it helps me. Even if it doesn't this week, it is all natural ingredients and tastes really good, so I will continue to drink it. After I finished this water I had some good old natural water with lemon wedges.
For Lunch: I had a cheeseburger at Applebee's with some Water with Lemons. I had pickles and lettuce on it with some ranch.
For Snack: I had some BAKED! Doritos.
For Dinner: I had Chicken with mashed potatoes, peas and cauliflower and milk.
Exercise:
I didn't do much yesterday because of working but I did walk around Swedish Days for a bit and I did some calf raises while brushing my teeth.
Today:
For Breakfast: I didn't really eat any breakfast. (Slaps Hand: BAD BECKY!)
For Lunch: I had a California Pizza Kitchen Mini Pizza with some BAKED! Doritos and Cinnamon Apple Water.
For Snack: I had a small cup of Queso dip with some chips and salsa with Water and Lemon Wedges.
For Dinner: I had three small hawaiian rolls with chicken, mayo, hot mustard, some heet beets, jalapeno pickles and a glass of milk.
For Snack: Two servings of Iced Tea/Lemonade and a Pizza Lunchable.
Exercise:
I worked out right when I woke up by doing some tummy exercises. I did mountain climbers, side hip drops, and twist squats. Then I did a pinterest exercise: (------------------------------------------------------>). This was a very good exercise and I assume it is correct in saying you burn 100 calories, either way it got me ready for the day!
Throughout the day I did some calf raises while either brushing my teeth or showering, (yes in the shower haha).
After dinner, I did Bob Harper's Super Strength Workout, the workout number 2, the beginner's workout that is only 20 minutes. Let me tell you, that one was a good workout and I will DEFINITELY be continuing that.
Tomorrow is my day off from working, so I will be going to the gym and maybe trying another video of Bob's. Maybe I'll stop by Swedish Days later in the night with my friend Alex before I have to get to bed for work on Friday morning! Good night all and pleasant dreams!!!

The last two days have been insane! I worked Colds both days, and on Saturday I didn't get home until 3pm. On Sunday, I got home at 1:30 and I was so tired I didn't do any work out besides being on my feet and lifting things for work. I am not quitting though! I am going to do one of my videos or Pinterest exercises tonight and then tomorrow after I work Colds, I am going to go to the gym. I haven't been to the actual gym in a while, so I figured I should.
Meals for Saturday:
For Breakfast: I had a blueberry bagel with some bacon for breakfast and a strawberry kiwi sprite.
For Dinner: I had Steak and Shake, three shooters with cheese fries and a glass of water.
Meals for Sunday:
For Breakfast: I had a half of a cheese omlette and some hash browns with an orange crush.
For Lunch: I had a two rib bones with a beef ka-bob, some mashed potatoes and a scoop of cookies and cream ice cream with water.
For Snack: I had a strawberry banana smoothie.
For Dinner: I went out to Sergio's for Father's day and had Steak and Shrimp Fajitas. I had three small corn tortillas. They all had jalapenos, sour cream, cheese, lettuce, peppers and onions on them. I had refried beans, and rice on the side. For my drink I had some Sprite Zero.
For Snack: I had some pretzels, white cheddar cheese and grapes.
Today:
For Lunch: I had a mini sub from Jersey Mike's a turkey, roast beef, and ham sandwich with mayo and bacon and lettuce, tomato, seasoning, jalapenos, and oil and vinegar. On the side I had a small cup of Potato Bacon Soup and for my drink I had Pink Lemonade with some Sprite.
For Snack: I had a little bit of my Raspberry Sorbet.
For Dinner: I am going to have Chicken with Mashed Potatoes and probably a salad. Milk is what I will be drinking.
For Snack: I will have some jalapenos pickles with ritz crackers.
For exercise: I am going to do the half hour beginning work out video from Bob Harper's exercise.

I am so completely sore right now. After the last two workouts, AND on top of that I worked for 8 hours today, my body is yelling at me. Today was definitely a break from the extra workout and I have to admit, I ate some not so good foods but everyone is entitled to a slip day, and this WILL NOT stop me from continuing on my journey.
Today:
Meals:
For Breakfast: Half of a peanut butter and banana sandwich on wheat bread with a Brisk Iced Tea.
For Lunch: Honey wheat bread with white cheddar cheese and turkey with a tsp of mayo and honey dijon mustard. 5 pickle chips and Baked! BBQ chips, with an ICE drink.
For Snack: a few bites of my Raspberry Sorbet
For Dinner: A grilled cheese sandwich, cheese on the inside and outside, pepperjack, with jalepanos and grilled onions and ham with a few fries and a diet coke.
For Snack: some chocolate covered cranberries, 5 dried strawberries and 2 walnuts with an 8oz glass of Iced Tea/Lemonade Arizona.
Before Bedtime: Mellow mood green tea with honey.
Exercise:
Working consisted of standing for 8 hours, lifting dishes and serving the residents.

Today was a good day, I was a bit sore from my workout yesterday and by a bit I mean DAMN! My legs are on fire!
Today:
Meals:
For Lunch: One square slice of pizza, 3 cool ranch dorito chips
For Snack: A small Mint Lime White Teas at Caribou Coffee
For Dinner: A bite of Mac and cheese/ a half of butterscotch lush. Half a rack of ribs and a few fries with a strawberry lemonade.
For Snack: A small frosty from Wendy's.
Exercise:
10 minute walk around Menard's while mom was looking for a Hex Bolt and Nut.
Worked on my feet and lifting things for two and a half hours.
15 power yoga before bed.
Overall, I believe today went tomorrow, let's hope tomorrow goes just as well.

Impossible is Nothing
Starting today I will be blogging my experience to the road of a healthy lifestyle. I have been slowly beginning this process, and it is no way near an easy task. I have been working out more, and trying to change small things in my eating habits in hopes to not only lose weight, but feel better about myself. On this road, I will be tracking the types of workouts, I've been doing, which ones work for me, and which ones do not. I will be using the things I have pinned on my pinterest, as well as some of the work out videos I have purchased. Along with these at home options, I will be going outside and biking, walking, or going to the gym to do the same. The only thing I believe will help me on this road, to completely revamp my life would be motivation and support from people. Beginning today, until the end of first semester in college, I hope to change my lifestyle for the better so that the rest of my life will be a much healthier and enjoyable road. Along with writing my journey, how I feel about the day and so forth, I will be listing my meals, and my normal activity, along with my extra exercise. Hopefully, having this blog will help me stick to my plan and help me further along my goals.

For Lunch I had a mini gyro from Skippy's with Water.
For a Snack I had some Cheddar Penguins and some Chocolate covered cranberries with an sparkling Ice beverage.
For Dinner I had a portion of Peppercorn Pork Tenderloin with White Rice, and Vegetables with a glass of milk.
For a Snack I will have a serving of Raspberry Sorbet.

Then I did Workout 2 on Bob Harper's Cardio Video, which was 25 minutes long.
Tonight, I will take a walk around the block once my food has digested.
Overall-- I believe that today was a good start, and I am feeling very good about today.
