Today was a good day, I was a bit sore from my workout yesterday and by a bit I mean DAMN! My legs are on fire! 

Today:

Meals:
For Lunch: One square slice of pizza, 3 cool ranch dorito chips

For Snack: A small Mint Lime White Teas at Caribou Coffee

For Dinner: A bite of Mac and cheese/ a half of butterscotch lush. Half a rack of ribs and a few fries with a strawberry lemonade.

For Snack: A small frosty from Wendy's. 


Exercise: 

10 minute walk around Menard's while mom was looking for a Hex Bolt and Nut.

Worked on my feet and lifting things for two and a half hours.

15 power yoga before bed. 

Overall, I believe today went tomorrow, let's hope tomorrow goes just as well.
